Since joining the 100 year-old Hallmark Company in 2008, Josh has made a major impact in the organization through his skills in social media and market research. As Foresight Curator, Josh is responsible for helping Hallmark look forward to the future and adjust for mega trends that might impact the business. In addition to his role as Foresight Curator, Josh leads the Social Media Research (SMR) team, which serves as a pioneering team within Hallmark and providing innovative research and customer insight solutions via the social web.

Hallmark is highly-regarded in the world of market research as being innovators, having created some of the first online research communities. Josh works to continue advancing that legacy and Hallmark’s image, as he leads the Foresight and SMR teams.
