Conference

FutureMidwest consists of three programs that go hand-in-hand. During the Friday day program, professionals with extensive digital, marketing and strategic backgrounds will teach attendees how to successfully implement digital strategies into their marketing and business communication. Speakers will then empower attendees to apply what they learned during the Saturday breakout sessions. Friday’s evening program will be full of energy and entertainment for networking with professionals from a variety of industries and background.

Why should I attend FutureMidwest?

Ignoring social media and its potential is no longer an option. You need to understand how to market your business in the digital space. The speakers and breakout session leaders at FutureMidwest will help answer these common questions:

  • Why should I care about how the digital landscape affects my business?
  • What online tools should I use to connect with customers and stakeholders to grow my business?
  • How do I monitor, analyze and measure my online efforts to prove this is an investment worth making?

You’ll also learn how to use online tools to create dialogue and deepen relationships with customers, supplement your current customer service offerings, help change negative perceptions about your business to positive ones and provide content that makes customers want your products/services. FutureMidwest will ignite and advance new thinking, ideas and relationships to catapult business forward in the new economy.

Who should attend?

FutureMidwest is perfect for anyone involved in business development, including executive management and decision makers from small and mid-sized businesses, entrepreneurs, brand managers, marketing and communication professionals and professionals in the digital/technology spheres. Students working toward a degree in a related field and groups/organizations are also welcome.

This conference isn’t exclusively for the 20-something digital natives who have profiles on every existing social networking site. Executives and business leaders who want to learn how social media can positively impact their company’s bottom line should absolutely attend FutureMidwest.

If research proves that your customers are spending time on Twitter, Facebook, blogs, online forums and YouTube, then you don’t want to miss this event.

It’s happening. Are you on board?

FutureMidwest will be the cornerstone of conversation, ideas and new relationships formed from the convergence of leaders who have the same end goal in mind – business growth through innovation. Royal Oak, Mich., a city brimming with creative talent, is the ideal setting for positive change to take place.

Royal Oak Music Theatre

Royal Oak, MI 48067

From the first day the theater opened in 1928 as the Kunsky Royal Oak, the art-deco Royal Oak Music Theatre continues to shine as a first-class venue in a city that is synonymous with entertainment.

From movie palace to concert venue, the Royal Oak Music Theatre has undergone many changes throughout its near 80-year history. Originally constructed by Rapp & Rapp as a movie palace, the theater soon made its mark as one of the “largest and finest of Detroit suburban theaters.” Preserving the venue's magnificent grandeur throughout the years has added to the allure of the Royal Oak Music Theatre as it continually remains a viable institution in the ever-changing entertainment industry.
